Travel Enquiries & Bookings
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Green Orbit Tours & Travels accepts it and the payment and documents it needs are complete.
Pricing & Payments
Package prices, availability and inclusions can change with dates, season, supplier rates and availability. We will share the final price and payment terms before you confirm.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges, refunds, unused services and events beyond our control are covered in full under Cancellation & Refund Policy below. To change or cancel, contact us in writing.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, insurance and other documents. Travellers must follow local laws and travel rules. We can help with passport and visa assistance, but approvals rest with the authorities.
Third-Party Services
Flights, hotels, transport and other services may be run by independent suppliers. Their own terms and conditions apply to those services.
Changes & Updates
We may update the website information and these terms when necessary. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Green Orbit Tours & Travels is not liable for loss or damage caused by independent suppliers, or by events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes, government action or natural events. Nothing here limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation charges are calculated on the Total Package / Booking Amount, not only on the advance or the amount already paid.

Group, peak and special dates: suppliers may impose 100% non-refundable charges. Where a supplier’s terms are stricter than ours, the supplier’s policy applies.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refund = Total Booking Amount minus the applicable cancellation charges.
- Refunds are subject to hotel, airline, railway, transporter and other supplier policies.
- Processing starts after Green Orbit Tours & Travels receives the refundable amount from the supplier.
- Bank, payment gateway, ticketing and non-refundable supplier charges may be deducted.
- Refunds are normally processed within 7–15 working days after the funds are received.
No Refund for Unused Services
No refund is given for: no show, unused hotel stay, unused meals, unused sightseeing, unused transportation, early departure, voluntary itinerary changes, or the guest’s personal reasons.
Force Majeure
For disasters, weather, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, flight or train cancellations and similar events, refunds or rescheduling depend on supplier policies and the amounts that can be recovered. We help with alternatives; any extra expenses are payable by the guest.
Cancellation Request
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The effective date and time is when Green Orbit Tours & Travels receives and acknowledges the request during business hours. Contact us to send one.
Final Acceptance of Terms
By making any advance or booking payment, the guest confirms they have read, understood and accepted the booking, payment, cash payment, cancellation and refund policies of Green Orbit Tours & Travels, including any hotel, vendor or supplier-specific terms that apply.
